I really enjoy helping other people and love seeing them bring joy and gratitude into their lives. I’m a group fitness instructor which I have been doing for the last 10 years and I love it. Over that time I have built many friendships and seen members transform their health and lives for the better. I believe making genuine connections and rapport with other people is so important for cultivating more joy in everyone’s lives.^& ^&My fitness industry experience can be useful for people in the community looking to do exercise based activities. I can assist them in a group fitness class or using a gym as well as outdoor activities such as hiking. I live by myself so I have a very independent lifestyle where I enjoy cooking, cleaning, gardening and other leisure activities where my life skills could be useful to others. ^&
