I will engage compassionately with children, young people, families and individuals to identify their needs, goals and journey with them along. Building rapport through relationships and social networks in line with NDIS plan to integrate clients into the community. Caring is a passion that reflects my identity. I have over five years of experience working and rendering support to the aged and people living with disabilities. Supporting and caring for people is not just a job to me but it is my way of life. I am people-oriented and can go the extra mile to put a smile on someone's face or to get a job done. Added to the above-mentioned experience is my Bachelor's of community services which I am in my finals and mental health first aid.
