I have always been passionate about promoting independence of people I support. I have acquired knowledge and developed valuable skills working with adults and children, developing plans, and delivering quality developmental support. I am skilled in devising and implementing programs based on individual needs. In addition, I have a demonstrated ability to perform relevant tasks such as assisting clients with personal hygiene and management. I am trained in both first aid and CPR and able to handle emergencies efficiently. I am highly organised, flexible, able to work to beyond required timeframes, possess high-level written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to permanency planning principles. ^& ^&I have a genuine love for learning, and one way I fulfill that is through extensive reading. Exploring various topics not only keeps me informed but also hones my analytical and research skills. Additionally, I find solace and inspiration in nature. Relaxing in parks provides me with a peaceful environment for reflection, fostering creativity and new ideas.
