I am people's person. I have the ability to connect with people with respect and interest. And I am open to discuss what is makes a person's life better and more fulfilling. I have an extensive experience working with people with disabilities and mental health issues and learnt to develop genuine and professional relationships.^& ^&I would expect to receive information about the person I would support. Discuss with the person what they feel like doing. If, for example, they like gardening we could tender a garden, visit nurseries and gardens etc. If they like movies we could watch movies together, go to library and get some DVDs: it will depend on the circumstances and resources, of course. If the person enjoys cooking we could work around that too. ^&
