About
I am a qualified Disability Support Worker and Music Educator with over a decade of experience in both fields. From 2006 to 2018, I worked as a music tutor in both public and private schools in NSW, specializing in teaching students with learning difficulties and disabilities. This experience ignited my passion for providing tailored support to individuals with specific needs. Since 2021, I have been working full-time as an Independent Disability Support Worker, assisting NDIS participants with a range of services, including Social Support and Transport Services (including wheelchair-accessible vehicles), In-Home Care, Companionship, Community Access, Social Outings, Recreational Activities, Assistance with medication, Light Domestic Duties, Grocery Shopping, and Meal Preparation. My goal is to enhance participants quality of life through social engagement, emotional support, and a focus on fostering independence. I am deeply committed to improving the lives of those I support, combining my background in Music Education and Disability Support to provide compassionate, personalized care that promotes well-being and independence.
