Hi, my name is charles, Im a very fun out going person who is very involved it health and fitness. I love helping people keep fit and healthy and feel like i have a lot to offer people in this field. I also love helping people really build there confidence and love who they are. I want people to be happy all the time and focus on the positives in there lives.
