Hi, I'm Carmen. My passion is working in my community and being there for people in need, I have cared for my father with Parkinson's and also my husband, I also have experience with dementia with the elderly. I have experiance with meal prep,I am food allergy aware and have an understanding of the EpiPen. I find myself to be calm and level-headed in an emergency. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, movies, and visiting beautiful places in Australia. I enjoy cooking but do not take over in the Kitchen. Usually, a client will choose a recipe they like and they will write a grocery list, we will go shopping together for the food they need. Once in the kitchen I supervise or encourage them to follow the recipe with a bit of help from me. There have been other clients that will prefer me to make any cooked meal for them.
