Vivid 2024 Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter is Like Family, with a registered office address at Level 1, 477 Pitt Street, Haymarket NSW 2000.
2. Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or any individual connected in any way with the competition or its organization are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition, for VIVID Sydney 2024, commences on 29 May 2024 and closes on Monday, 17 June 2024 at 11:59 pm. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reasons.
5. To enter, participants must submit a photo or video featuring themselves and a Social Carer at VIVID Sydney to the email inbox hello@likefamily.com.au. Both the Member and the Social Carer must be present in the photo or video. Each entrant is limited to one submission. Only active Members and Social Carers who have completed at least one booking within the 30 days preceding the competition end date will be considered.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition and its associated terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, or any breaches of law or regulations beyond the Promoter’s control. Any alterations to the competition will be promptly communicated to participants by the Promoter.
7. The prize for the competition consists of two $100 Visa Gift Vouchers, one awarded to the Member and the other to the Social Carer. No cash alternatives will be provided, and the prize is non-transferable.
8. Winners will be notified via email by Wednesday, 19 June 2024. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. By entering the competition, all participants agree to the use of their first name and submitted photo or video content in any marketing material.
10. The competition and its terms and conditions are governed by Australian law, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
11. Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with Australian data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
13. The names of the winners will be published in our newsletter and on our social media platforms.
14. This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google, Facebook, or any other Social Network. Participants provide their information to the Promoter alone and not to any other entity.
