I have a deep desire to assist in improving the quality of life for people living with disabilities as much as possible, to help them maintain a sense of dignity in their lives. Patience is an incredible valuable skill as an individual support worker. I believe having the experience and knowledge which have enabled me understand an individual's unique needs and preferences. I believe it's important to handle challenging situations calmly and find solutions that work best. I am caring compassionate and easy to get along with.
