I have raised a family, run my own horticulture business and worked in Special education as a teacher among other things. I grew up with a sibling with social and intellectual challenges and have an understanding of the barriers that some people face in our society. I am genuinely interested in all types of people and consider myself a fantastic communicator. ^& ^&If someone I'm working with has an interest in a skill I have, I will ascertain their skill level and their desired level and work from there. If I dont have the skill myself, we can try and learn it together. I love learning new things. :)^&
