I want to become a social carer because i like to connect to new people. Supporting people to enjoy their lives and achieving there goals. Being a social carer provides me with opportunities to teach and learn from people that I support. It also allows flexibility for me to continue my studies in Age Care and upskill myself I am passionate about helping others. Being a active listener and going out of my way to support resolve problems. I am a good communicator and encourage people to advocate for themselves. I have a certificate IV in Health and Wellbeing (Community Facilitation ) from New Zealand. I had been working in New Zealand as a community Support Worker for adults with intellectual disabilities, supporting them with activities of daily living, community outings , medical appointments etc. I am a fun loving person and enjoy being out and about exploring whenever I can.
