Throughout my work history,I have worked in customer support environments. I have very good listening, understanding and communication skills . I was born in India and I moved to Australia in 2015. My first profession was in Telecommunications sector where i worked as a customer support engineer. I have also worked in retail , and in public transport as a bus driver. Currently I am working as a driving instructor. I am also a NDIS accredited driving instructor and have worked with people with disabilities. All my work experience has given me a chance to interact with different people with different cultures and backgrounds which has helped me to learn a lot of new things and develop my customer service skills .
