Hi, I’m Yunxiang, a young, enthusiastic and experienced support worker. If you are looking for someone who’s flexible, compassionate and professional, I own the qualities that you are looking for. In the last two years, I was mainly providing one-on-one support to ASDs clients having challenged behaviours. With my experience in providing high-quality care to clients in variable community settings, I have gained strong problem-solving skills while remaining calm to cope with many kinds of emergencies. Meanwhile, I’m also very susceptive and circumspective when communicating and caring for clients who are vulnerable and require support both mentally and physically. I am also proud of my ability to fast adapt new skills, being responsible and organized. I achieved an Honors degree in civil engineering and a Master degree in accounting in Melbourne. My academic background taught me how to think critically, logically and goals achieving effectively. I’m a very active person with a wide range of interests. I have experience in tourism. I have operated a restaurant. I used to be a general manager in a housekeeping company. I’m a very handy person with cooking, gardening, housekeeping, and fixing skills. My support emphasizes building a strong bond with the client and family in order to improve the client’s life quality for a long-term base.
