Hi, my name is Cristina, I am empathetic mother, carer, colleague and confidant that happens to be a great listener! I see peoples strengths easily and like to encourage and empower individuals to be the best version of themselves. I have the skills, capabilities and drive to make a difference and this speaks loudly in my actions. I have completed my Cert IV in Mental Health and am currently completing by Social Work honours degree. I also have my First Aid- level 2. I have a background in Coaching which I believe is a great tool to assist in attentively listening and guiding someone to think positively about their circumstances - so redirecting limiting beliefs and enforcing peoples strengths. I bring a wide range of skills, techniques and experiences to my interactions and look forward to helping people through their personal journey.
