It gives me great joy, whenever I’m given an opportunity to impact positively on people’s lives. I believe disabled people became disabled not due their own faults, and they have the right just like any other individual to have their own choices, make their own decisions and enjoy a high quality of life; being a social worker gives me an opportunity to help disabled and old people live a happy and more fulfilled life. It gives me a sense of accomplishment too when I help put a smile on someone’s face.^& ^&I could cook, converse with the person and keep the person company. I could also read out a novel to those who are visually impaired ^&
