About

As a psychology student, I entered my degree with a goal of being able to make a positive impact on vulnerable people. I feel very strongly about people being disadvantaged as a result of them being seen as different and being discriminated against. I believe that my empathetic and caring nature will allow me to form strong connections and help clients feel validated. Having to look after my younger brother at a young age gave a lot of experience in taking care of others, in areas such as cooking and household tasks. I'm interested to connect with different people and their interests, and engage in their hobbies. ^& ^&I have a wide range of hobbies and I'm always open to trying new things! Being born in China, One thing I'm very passionate about is being able to showcase my culture through food, art and language. I'm fluent in Mandarin and, if given the opportunity, would love to be able to teach others Mandarin as well! ^&
