Hi, my name is Angela and I have worked in the sports coaching industry for over 11 years. I enjoy working in sports coaching because of my passion for movement, fun and learning and I want to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with others and watch them grow and gain confidence in themselves, not only in sport but in daily life activities. I work with students at mainstream and special schools. I also train Special Olympics athletes and people wanting to improve their health and wellbeing. Some people I work with experience mental health conditions, autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, auditory and processing challenges. I have a passion for sport, and helping others to be the best they can be in their daily life. Self-care is something I prioritise in my life and I educate and assist clients to help develop their own self-care, through yoga, stretching, mindfulness and relaxation. I can support and encourage children and adults to practice their exercise programmes set by occupational therapists or physiotherapists in the home or in the community. I am also happy to attend sporting practices and game days such as football clinics and basketball matches and the the like. I also enjoy cooking, immersing myself in nature, hiking, and spending time near the water. If you would like to discuss your situation or make a booking please message me.
