Hi, my name is Sharon, I have always loved working with people of all ages, as in my career, I have worked in child-care centres, Aged Care Residential, Part nursing home serving meals and assisting them when required, where we formed a close bond. I also worked at a Day Centre for 18 -90 yr old People with Disabilities of all kinds, including Dementia, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism and assisting with personal care, toileting and earned my Cert IV in Disability and Aged Care, becoming a Disability Support Worker. I worked as a self-employed Nanny and Carer, looking after children from 4mth old to Teenagers age with ADHD and Anxiety. I am young at heart and wear my heart on my sleeve, as I care in helping people very much. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the pictures, watching Netflix, out for dinner with friends and family, listening to music, going for walks along the beach, walking tracks and waterfalls etc, playing cards and board games of all sorts, having BBQs and day drives to interesting places. When Assisting and Helping a client to Bake or Cook a Favourite Recipe: Would ask them, what they would like to bake, by choosing a recipe of their choice. Next, I would explain step by step of each task, as we go along ensuring they understand what the next step is and just taking our time, whilst we enjoy the time together making something delicious.
