I have 3 adult kids and when they were younger, I was involved in all of their sporting activities, going to parks, museums, galleries, etc. I miss doing those things and would love to spend time with people who enjoy these activities and share the fun.^& ^&I enjoy exercise, whether it is cycling or walking or doing some weights. I love sharing fitness with others and feel exercise is so good for body and mind.^&
