About
Hi, my name is Kerryn, I love people. I have raised three children and over the years I have had my home filled with their friends and mine. I have worked as a nurse assistance in an aged care facility for 3.5 years, where I enjoyed meeting the needs of residents and working alongside other staff. I have also worked for 10 years in an independent college as an integration aide, where I assisted students from prep to Year 10 with their maths and literacy and also had many dealings with staff and parents. This was a very rewarding role. I have also had several office and customer service roles which involved much communication and relating to others. My most recent role was as a public speaker. However, I am now looking for a role closer to home. I have skills to assist with literacy and maths. I have a licence and car, so can drive clients to appointments, to parks, shops, movies, play board games etc. I am a good listener and have developed skills in both listening and giving some counsel or advice in necessary situations. (without stepping outside of acceptable boundaries of course) I can cook meals or make tasty lunch wraps or sandwiches etc. PS. I have a Police Check dated 17/11/20 (attached). If I am considered for this role, I will get that updated.
