I have a love for people in need. I grew up with a down syndrome aunty and she was really fun to be around. When I made the change from Carpentry to Support work, it was the best decision. I have loved it ever since. Working with people is more fullfiling and I love to help those who sometimes cant help themselves. I liked doing life with my clients before moving to Melbourne. I built some really great relationships and had many good times with them.^& ^&My skill that i would share would be communication and listening. People like to be listened to and understood. I would do this by taking time to really listen to what they are saying and find a solution for their need. I would care about what they are talking about, and see if I could do anything to help. ^&
