Hi there, I’m Jasmine. I’m local to the Cranbourne area and have lived here for over 6 years. I have just finished my Cert IV in Disability and I love sunny days, the beach, cooking, walking, reading, and dogs 🐶 I have some experience working with people who have an acquired brain injury, adhd, autism, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I also have knowledge around complex support needs. I am passionate about person-centred planning, and will work with you every step of the way to ensure we are engaging in meaningful activities and services that you want to participate in. I want to empower people with disabilities to live their life the way they want to and in a way that is important to them. I enjoy arts and crafts, gaming, walking, reading, travelling, listening to music, cooking, and learning new things. I am a mum of 2 kids and drive a safe & reliable Toyota 4 wheel drive.
