You can call me Shay. I have been involved in community work for a long time, almost 3 decades. I am a qualified counsellor and Family therapist and a mother. I would love to walk and giving company to people who feels isolated, scared, not confident enough to do daily activities by themselves. I can also support giving them the providing simple and vital awareness to keep our mental health sound and safe. I am also a great listener, if that's all you want too. I love to play golf, going for walks, read books, travelling, watch movies, sing, dance like no one is watching, theatre, concert, beach walk, etc. I am an active listener and my inbuilt ability to understand and be empathic had been a profound effect in my social circle. Being a qualified counsellor, I have the ability to provide informal counselling and connecting with relevant resources.
