Hi! I'm Lily. I was motivated to become a social carer by my deep sense of compassion and desire to help individuals live with dignity and independence. With strong empathy, patience, and communication skills, alongside my nursing experience, I am confident in my ability to provide person-centered care whilst remaining calm in challenging situations. I want to be a dear friend to those who need it. As for hobbies, I enjoy staying active by hiking, going to pilates and practicing mindfulness (mostly meditation, music and painting), which helps me maintain a balanced lifestyle. I also love learning about psychology and nutrition through books and podcasts. Spending quality time with close friends is also important to me.
