About
I was my mother’s full time carer for years and found it highly rewarding, I loved that I was able to help improve her daily life. I have always loved working with people and finding purpose in my day. I believe my strengths of Patience,, honesty and compassion would work well in this role and my years life experience. I am organised, proactive and professional, these skills I’ve learnt from years of running businesses and my own. I just want to go to work and feel that it’s meaningful and feel that it could be improving someone’s life in a small way. Life is short we all deserve to be happy! I love to be outside in the fresh air and amongst nature. I enjoy walking my dog, Lulu, playing soccer with my kids, and hiking. I’m passionate about my community and helping wherever I can. An interesting fact about me is I did a school exchange as a teenager to Japan to study Japanese theatre. This ignited my love of travel so I spent my late teens and early 20’s backpacking the globe and meeting lifelong friends ( and my husband) I have my first aid and CPR, blue card, police check and NDIS certificate
