Hi, my name is Ella, I would make a great social carer because on top of the skills, knowledge and attitude i have gained and developed over the last 10 years as a social worker, I am very passionate about helping people. I felt high level of fulfillment every time I am able to help and become an agent of change providing the right services to the clients. I always work with a compassionate heart and achieving the goals of the helping process is very valuable to me. I consider helping people as a vocation and a calling. It entails a lot of dedication and pure heart to pursue it and i believe that because of these i have sustained and have always wanting to continue the drive to serve the people and community.
