Hi, my name is Lauren, I would make a good hero as I have life experiences that help me to try to understand the people around me. I love helping people through my music and making people smile and laugh. I have skills in singing and I am learning the piano, I also know how to face paint and be there for people who need a hug, a cup of tea and a listening ear with compassion and empathy. I have a Bachelor's degree in contemporary music majoring in voice and I really feel that music in some ways can heal, I also have had Leadership training with Young Carers NSW Australia which is skills I can use in all facets of life and I also have a Certificate 3 in individual support for disability with these achievements (plus others I am looking at getting) In the long run I would like to be a music therapist. The Bachelors degree I completed in October 2016 and the certificate 3 I completed a few months ago. A favourite quote of mine is: We do not need magic to change the world.
