About

Hi, my name is Hayley, I really love people. I love the diversity that each and every person brings to this world. I've studied a Bachelor of Social Work, and am learning about the different needs of people - whether it be love and encouragement, or getting a drive to a medical appointment. I love encouraging people and having fun exploring different places and learning new things. I enjoy teaching people new things and seeing them grow as a person and in them learning new things. I want to be challenged and stretched as a person and as a social worker. I think I'd make a great hero because of these things, and because everyone needs a hero in their life. I've been learning guitar for the past year, and started getting singing lessons a couple of years ago, but have always been too anxious to perform in front of people. Last month I sang at a friends party and at a conference in front of 500 influencers who I really admire and look up to. I still feel anxious, but I'm so proud I pushed through the fear and did it. I loved it. It isn't a massive achievement to some, but for me it is very significant. A favourite quote of mine is: 'A ship is always safe at shore, but that is not what it's built for.'

Tahlee

10 October 2021

Hayley currently supports my Down Syndrome daughter with planning meals, shopping and cooking as well as social activities especially hiking. Both my adult daughter and I would highly recommend her. Hayley has an encouraging supportive attitude towards her clients. My daughter, Tahlee has grown in self confidence and self esteem through her mentoring with Hayley. It is a pleasure to see the interaction between them.
