About
Over the past few years I’ve mainly worked in customer service and support roles. During this time I’ve realised that I really enjoy making differences in people’s lives no matter how small. I’ve always found it pretty easy to connect with people and enjoy being able to listen to their stories and life experiences. While I do not have any formal training or experience at a Social Carer role I believe that I have had experience with a large range of different people of all ages and cultures and treat everyone with respect and dignity. My partner is currently dealing with a large range of mental health problems and has had to leave her job, I don’t believe I’m her support worker but I know that it has opened me up even further to helping people that may be in similar situations and my experiences may be helpful toward this future career. To be honest I’m a bit of a nerd, I enjoy video games and movies. I’m a huge Marvel and Pokemon fan, with a pretty decent knowledge of all things a little nerdy. I also love walking, going for little drives or adventures, and playing with my dog, Dave. I’m very easy going and pretty much happy to experience anything.
