About
I'm looking for a job where I get to use my people skills, share my interests and passions, while having a positive impact on someone else's life. I love being creative in my daily life, whether that be through creating and cooking a meal or drawing and engaging with my art practice. I love practicing classical ballet which I have been doing for the last 15 years which requires a lot of Pilates and physio exercises for the body to keep up. I spent a year caring for my father in-law before he went into a dementia home. I spent approximately 7 years working with clients with a disability in group and residential homes in the early 90s when I finished my Creative arts degree. I have spent the last 25 years teaching art to all ages in both community and higher education in settings.
