my now 21 year old niece who is affected by autism level 3 has had a huge impact on my whole family, I see the challengers that my niece and her parents (my brother and sister-in law) have had to endure, I have helped support my niece and her parents by spending time with niece to give them time to rest due to near burn out. my life skills with my niece helped me become more patient, empathetic, and caring. love watching sports and socializing and i am an avid vegetable gardener, i love making people laugh, especially people with special needs. For last 4 yrs, I have worked in individual support in community outings, SIL housing and in-home individual support. i learned to work well as a team. I'm punctual and have a great work ethic.
