Hello my name is Ethan and I've been a support worker with over two years experience working within the NDIS. I've spent the last two years doing a mixture of community access and social support as a contracted support worker as well as 6 months as a trainer with JIGSAW helping teach workplace values to people with disability in the hopes of helping people gain open employment. I love to have a chat and meeting new people. working within the NDIS has given me an outlet in which I can meet people and help make their life as fulfilling as can be. I offer a person centred approach to support which takes into account that everyone is different. I want to figure out the best way to support you and not treat it as a cookie cutter experience.
