About
I wanted to become a Social Carer because I am motivated to make a positive and meaningful difference to people's lives. My main passion is music. In my spare time I am a mobile disco Disc Jockey (DJ) playing to residents of Retirement Villages and members and guests of Bowling Clubs. I use the medicinal magic of music and movement to spread joy, happiness and memories. I also play guitar and sing. I am reliable, compassionate, caring, honest and hard working. I utilise active listening, empathy and kindness skills to validate and solve issues and problems. I am motivated by knowing that I have helped someone and contributed to making a positive difference in their lives.
