About
I am a current Medical Science Student who is working as a Disability Support Practitioner and a Peer Worker. I have learnt a lot about the importance of person-centred support, focussing on an individuals needs and interests when supporting them. Support work is extremely fulfilling as not only can you improve the quality of life of the person you are supporting, you can help them achieve independence and autonomy over their own life. I am a great listener and an excellent communicator so I often find myself in conversation with clients I work with. Most importantly I love to have a good time and bring a good attitude to my work so the client can feed off that energy. I love to be active in the community and try new ways of moving my body. I am currently starting pilates and boxing and I love my daily beachside walk. I am up to any challenge!

Cassi is reliable, kind, caring, friendly girl always uses initiative when planning activities. I have found Cassi to have a lot more to offer. At times with short notice, Cassi has made herself available so there is a flexibility with the hours she can do which suits me. Cassi is also a cheerful girl for anyone who wants a buddy for events.
