I want to become a social carer because I enjoy working with people to help them active there goals , provide and support there support needs and to gain there trust . My passions is to help other , support them in their own choices and providing them with options that they can choose . I am a team player and always willing to try new things . I enjoy training other and being trained to better my skills in the work place I been working as a disability support worker for 5 years and enjoy working with people with different ability .I believe I have the skills that you are looking for as a support worker . I enjoy cooking / baking and working out at the gym .
