Being an active, social individual, I thrive in a client focused environment where I can explore the outside world, engage in nature and promote social and emotional wellbeing through the individual's interests. This establishes long lasting connections based on trust and respect. With over 10 years in the childcare industry, collaborative partnerships with families have been vital to ensure individual growth through achievable goals. With an interest in supporting those with intellectual disability, ADHD, ASD and anxiety I have completed numerous courses related to distressing behaviour in children and young people, mental health and social and emotional growth, to enhance my knowledge in the sector and ensure the strategies I implement are current and evidence based, to maximise outcomes for individuals and their families. Surfing, live music, Hikking, Traveling, snorkling, soccer and cooking. I have a passion for love music and organise live music events here in Australia with bands from Brazil twice a year.
