I wanted to become a Social Carer because I would like to help people to live a great life. I like making people laugh and I think am a good listener who is always keen to help. I love photography, traveling, animals and learning new things. I also like to share my knowledge with others and I think people should explore as many things as possible and find what truly makes them happy. My skillset is pretty wide - I worked as a barista in the past, a shop assistant, a food festival manager, a photo exhibition organiser (I also run my own photo exhibition and travel shows in the past), I worked as a finance manager back in Europe, but as I am getting older I am looking for a job with higher purpose. During my highschool I was collaborating with a children house in the Czech republic and I was participating in the program preparations, educating kids and basically being their weekend buddy for any kind of matters. Later on, when my uncle had stroke, I was helping him to start moving again. I was helping him with stretching, exercise, we played games, training his vocal skills, etc. I think I was the main motivation who helped him to walk again. This was the time when I truly realised that I would like to focus on a social work more. Before I came to Australia I was helping my grandma due to her age - I was taking her to a doctor for appointments, I was helping her with walking as well as housekeeping and cooking. She was my best buddy for watching TV and crossword solving. :) I am also skilled in taking care of dogs and cats if needed.
