Hi, my name is Nerida, I enjoy working within the community with both aged care and disability/NDIS clients. I have qualifications in aged care (Certiicate III and IV), disabilities (Certificate IV) and Dementia (UTAS Introduction to Dementia and Understanding Dementia). I many years experience with aged care and high care needs/disabilities and a strong interest in dementia and helping promote independence with activities, music and mental stimulating activities. I like helping clients grow and show their potential socially and learning new skills. I enjoy photography, singing (choir), bushwalking, movies and have recently taken up relearning the piano (digital keyboard).

Nerida's been a fantastic support to my Mum who is a bright and outgoing person, but her dementia has made it difficult to do the things she loves. Nerida has been able to support with things like museum visits and putt putt golf and Mum really enjoys the support and company.
