I have a background in community services, I love people and hearing their stories. I'm kind and interested in others.^& ^&I love to teach mindfulness and meditation so I would talk about how practicing has changed my life and offer to provide a class if it was of interest. Its important not to inject values onto others so I would only offer if it was of interest. I have strong IT skills, if someone needed help with managing their files or sorting out home admin I could help them be more organised or teach them how to use a computer application. I would demonstrate how to apply these skills.^&
