I believe I would make a great social carer as I am compassionate and empathetic towards other people no matter what the situation. I also enjoy being able to help other people, alot of my previous roles have been customer facing and alot of these roles, especially in the medical/allied health field I have always gone above and beyond to make each persons life easier and help them to the best of my ability to help. I am very creative and enjoy all kinds of arts and craft like hobbies. I have previously dabbled in alot of different kinds of abstract art making and candle making. I also enjoy baking & decorating cakes and cookies and making hearty healthy meals for myself and my family. I have many useful skills and am very practical in day to day life & from previous jobs i have gained skills in customer service to people of all backgrounds and walks of life, I am capable with technology (phones, computer, laptops, ipads, tvs). I love going for walks daily and exercising and am passionate about makeup and fashion (have completed a certificate in makeup artistry). I have also previously worked in house cleaning for quite some time so am no stranger to a mop and vacuum. My most recent job, prior to going in maternity leave I was working in administration ina clinic that supported children and adolescents and their families in a disability setting so have some experience in working closely with NDIS and families from diverse backgrounds.
