I wanted a career change. I worked for many years in Admin and Customer Service. After helping to care for my aging mother in our family home, which was her wish, until the time she passed I realized there would be a lot of elderly and disabled people who would want the same thing. I feel they have just as much right as any other person to stay in their home. I'm an animal lover. I have 2 young dogs who can be very naughty at times. They keep me fit as I walk them every day. I also like to read when I get a book that catches my attention. I like to Rock'n roll with my partner when we get the opportunity which is not often enough. I've always been told, I'm a calm and happy person. I always have a smile on my face and it takes a lot for me to get upset. Life dishes out a lot of surprises and uncomfortable situations so we have to try and make the best of every day we are here.
