I have been working as a community support worker for a year and 3 months now. I have very much enjoyed my time so far and would like to continue but through a different company. I enjoy assosting the participants I work with with the tasks they need or want to do. It brings myself but more importantly, my participants joy and care. ^& ^&I'm the kind of person that has the skills and knowledge about a range of different things, and if I do not know something, I will give it my best go and be enthusiastic about it. With a participant I work with, she often wants to try different crafts. I have never been a very crafty person, but I always give it a good go^&
