I am Carlos, I am fond of music and playing guitar is my thing. Since I arrived in Australia I've been enjoying going for strolls in natural parks or even in the city as Sydney has lots of astonishing places to visit. I've also had the opportunity to work as a Social Carer since January 2020 which has played a crucial role in my life in Australia as it has given me the chance to meet great people and build bonds while being part of the community. Being possitive and active is essential when it comes to overcoming anxiety or depression. I always push myself to have routines, specially about activities that I enjoy the most and as it works on me I'd love to encourage you to find your thing!
