I've been a support worker for 5 years and I have loved this job because it involves a lot of community support, which I really enjoy doing. I love sharing my time and engaging in all kinds of activities. I greatly enjoy doing outdoor or indoor activities with the participants. I feel that each person is a new and different world, which always keeps me entertained. I am a friendly, very respectful, and reliable person, which is why the participants always feel comfortable sharing those moments with me. I am very good at finding activities to do with the participants depending on each one's requirements. I have worked in many parts of Sydney, so I have no problem with traveling long distances, and I can be a very good personal motivator. I am Colombian, I speak Spanish, I love playing sports, I am friendly and I love having conversations with people because it is the way to get to know them better.
