Having come from a large family (a total of 16 aunts and uncles!), you can say I have had a lot of experience when it comes to interacting with different people with varying personalities. It is because of this, I was able to develop into a very patient, compassionate and understanding person. I also love meeting new people and can make friends pretty easily. I believe I would be a great social carer because I am compassionate, understanding, patient and a great listener. I will make sure members are heard, and that their wants and needs are met. I want to help them become their own person, so they are able to make their own decisions without having someone dictate their every move. I want to support and care for them, so they can become the best version of themselves, someone they are confident to be. I plan on sharing my skills and hobbies by being patient with them and setting up different activities we could do together. If they ever want to try something new, I plan on doing my absolute best to make sure they achieve their goals.
