Becoming a Social Carer is driven by my passion to positively impact the lives of individuals facing mental health and complex behavioral challenges. With a background spanning Pharmacy, Justice, and NDIS support work, I have developed the skillset required to succeed in managing such cases, coupled with strong communication, conflict resolution abilities, and a deep understanding of diverse needs, positions me well to excel in this role. My dedication and passion fuel my commitment to providing compassionate and effective support to those in need, making me confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully as a Social Carer. As a people person I love talking to people and engaging in conversations about things that they are passionate about. Also enjoy being outside and feel most relaxed being amongst nature.
