From last 8 moths i am working as a AIN. There is no doubt this carer is challanging but i love to help others in their basic needs, overcome challanges in their lives, and improve well-being. ^& ^&In my every day life i love to communicate with others.With this skill i am trying to know the needs of other people with no judgmental way. I am tryig to solve their problems. Apart from this, at my work place most of the time i have worked in dementia section. In this section i am obseving the behaviours of others and helping them to involve in different activities.^&
