I believe I am a good social carer because of my genuine compassion for others and my strong commitment to making an active connection in the lives of my clients. My vast experience of five years I have developed a lot of interpersonal skills that have allowed me to become a great social worker. I genuinely enjoyed my job and I am able to foster a positive atmosphere for my clients with my outgoing and understanding persona. I am also able to manage a wide range of behaviours by advocating care and respect. In addition I am also highly organised and detail oriented.
