Hi, my name is Cong, I am a friendly and enthusiastic person, a honest, trustworthy, caring and compassionate individual, looking for opportunities to provide social and domestic support to those in need, enabling them to complete their simple daily activities, to live independently and feel empowered; creating a more meaningful and socially inclusive life for them. I have always been passionate about helping others. Even little things make a big difference!. There is nothing more fulfilling than helping another person overcome difficulties, challenges or seemingly impossible obstacles. It's truly enriching! I had been blessed with opportunities to be involved in a number of volunteer activities, some of which are: distributing Holy Communion every Monday morning to those wishing to receive them (current); Organising & running a sport group for my local community (all ages, up to 30 people) every Saturday nights for over 10 years now (Still on); The president and public officer of a religious not-for-profit charity organisation (current); Organising a New Zealand Christmas cruise (Christmas 2016) and a South Pacific islands cruise (2015) for my local parishioners, community and friends (mostly elderly). I love meeting and connecting with new people. I enjoy group and out door activities. My hobbies include: Table Tennis, Badminton, gardening, antique collection. I currently hold a valid NSW Working With Children (WWC) Certificate. A favourite quote of mine is: “If you're not making someone else's life better, then you're wasting your time.
