I have recently completed my Bachelor of Social Work Honours, meaning I have experience and education regarding working with vulnerable groups, counselling, cultural safety, and coordinating social services. Within this degree, I have completed 1000 hours of fieldwork placement which included working closely with young people with both physical and intellectual disabilities, which has strengthened my communication skills, confidence, and ability to adapt to working with differing levels of ability. I strongly believe in a strengths-based, person-centred approach to social care, and love to be of help to others and support them to feel empowered in any way possible. I am a good listener, hard worker, and have loved my previous roles working with people one-to-one. In my spare time and with others, I love to do arts and craft such as sewing, outdoor activities like gardening and hiking, and helping with activities such as cleaning and organising spaces. My main passion is for female football, and I love to support others in learning and trying new things!
